Great Electric Scooter so far, it is super heavy. I thought it would’ve been something that I was going to ship back for damage repair but it was actually quite good. What I noticed and I don’t like is that: - The fitting whole for the handle bar is not quite good quality probably had a welding point. - The battery was fully charged but doesn’t display 100% but only 67.8%. - The book doesn’t have the phone number to call for the Warranty.

I never received the order. Seller provided me a fake tracking number. I could not track package or know the status of my order. I submitted a dispute with alibaba and they ruled in favor of the seller over the buyer. There is no buyer protection. If you order from this seller, order at your own risk. There is high probability you will not receive your order. Trade war with U.S China has many sellers being dishonest.
